About bracelet sizing: Smaller boned women need the 7" & smaller length. Larger boned women need the 7 1/2" - 8". To measure: take a string and wrap loosely around the part of the wrist that will wear the bracelet. Mark the spot in the middle of the string and take the string off and measure it.
