“Glitter Ring” Beaded Chainmaille Bracelet

Students will experience the 2000 year old art of chainmaille while also learning basic bead stringing techniques. With this project we will connect glittering rings of beads to create a bright bracelet. Go home and make a matching pendant and earrings for a complete set. Great project for holiday jewelry creations!
Students to provide these supplies > Chainmaille Rings—18g 3/16 (20-25 rings) > Chainmaille Rings—18g 1/4 (42-49 rings) > 8mm Fire Polish beads (30-36) > Clasp of your choice NOTE: bead stringing wire & crimp tubes provided by store Time: 2.5 hours Cost: $30.00 |
Beaded Chain Maille Set
Students will experience a 2000 year old art while learning basic chainmaille weaving PLUS learn to add seedbeads to enhance this technique. Using wire rings & beads students will create a sparkling bracelet with matching earrings. Complete kit included, however student may select their own bead colors & clasp choice.

Chain Maille Earring Trio
In this class beginner class Debbie Koopman will be teaching a bit on Chainmaille history, how to handle tools, open and close jump rings and three basic weaves. Students will make 3 pairs of earrings, one cross style in Japanese weave, a Mobius dangle and Crazy Loops earrings.
