Kumihimo Braiding with Beads

Come learn how to make a very fast and gratifying rope style bracelet with the Kumihimo Disc. This project can be done with or without beads using a variety of cords & fibers to create different looks. It can be addicting!  Students need to bring: Kumihimo braiding disc, bobbins, Super-lon cord (or similar), size 8/0 or 6/0 seedbeads and/or 3mm firepolish, two cones and a toggle for the ends.

Intro to the Art of Metal Jewelry

Metal is the hottest trend in jewelry making!! Learn how to cut, stamp, hammer, punch holes and texture sheet metal to make your very own uniquely designed jewelry. Materials, tools and safety will also be discussed. We will make a pendant and a pair of earrings with your own personal messages (ex: your kids names, etc..). Complete kit included.  We will have classroom texture hammers and stamps available for use during the class.

Wire Crochet Bracelet Project

In this class you will learn to crochet with wire and beads to create a colorful bracelet.  Go home & use your new skills to make a matching necklace!!   This project uses a lot of beads & looks best with all different sizes and shapes of beads crocheted together with no rhyme or reason!   Complete kit provided but students may also add their own beads to create a fuller bracelet.

Polymer Clay Introduction -
Let’s Make a Rose!

Ever wonder what people can do with those little square blocks of
colorful clay?  If you have never worked with Polymer Clay before, then this is a warning . . . you might get ADDICTED!!  This is one of the easiest and most fun art medias around and it’s affordable too!  This craft is not only used in jewelry making, but many scrap bookers  embellish with it as well as decorating around the house with things like light switch plates, picture frames and more.   
Come join us for an informative demonstration on all the basics of Polymer Clay including tools & supplies, conditioning, color blending, what is a cane, etc.. and then we’ll all make a clay flower ogether.   You’ve been warned, when you leave, you’ll be inspired and thinking about what you are gonna do next with Polymer Clay!   All supplies included

All classes that are not on the current schedule are available by appointment. Minimum of 2 students and 48 hours notice required.Full payment is required at the time you sign up for a class.
Cancellations: Notify us 24 hours if you need to cancel. We do not refund class fees. Student may apply the fee to a future class (for up to 6 months) or use that amount on in-store purchases.
